What To Expect

Included in the fee, you will get the following:


  • Physician's Physical Examination

  • Required Bloodwork

  • Tuberculosis (TB) Testing

  • Paperwork Necessary For United States Citizenship and Immigration Services

       (Form I-693)


Vaccinations required by USCIS are not included in the examination fee, but are available at our facility for an additional cost. 



The Protocol
When you come in, the process will take about 3 steps.


Step One

  • Doctors Physical Examination

  • Blood Work

  • Subcutaneous Tuberculosis Test Administration


* Vaccination if required can be administered during first visit, but can also be administered during second visit.



Step Two

  • Patient must return in 48 hours to asses the results of the Tuberculosis Test.


* If positive will require further testing



Step Three

  • Once all results are in and vaccinations administered, the paper work will be ready 24 hours later.



Important to Bring and to Know for Visit


  • Passport

  • Vaccination Records   (Only If Applicable)


*Please note, that if official vaccination records are not available, you will have to get vaccines readministered or elect to get tested for the vaccine titer.




This is very improtant and most of the time over looked. In order for documentation to be valid the physical examination must be performed by a Licensed US Civil Surgeon who has been authorized by the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services to conduct Immigration Physicals and Immigration Exams for the Department of Homeland Security.
